Create your store


First step, you have to add ecommerce features with TapPubisher. For this, you have at your disposal 3 modules: The Store module is the main module. It will connect to the Cloud Store (your shop running by our cloud service) and manage different page templates (categories, products). As you can see, you have a choice of layouts and you can configure each layout.


To setup your store, you'll have to use our TapCommerce app foriPad; but we will see that later.
          The Store Account module is the one that will be used for user accounts management. There is nothing to configure in TapPublisher but it's mandatory.
          The Store Location module is different for the previous 2 modules since it's optional. Its role is to dynamically generate information pages regarding your points of sales. It uses the information you have entered in TapCommerce.

Store local vs Cloud Store


When you create a store in TapPublisher, by default, it's only local, that is to say, it is virtual. It may contain products in his catalog, but it does not ensure in any way the customer account management, payment or the management of points of sale. However, you can testing your app or simulated purchases via TapPlayer.
    To activate the Cloud Store, simply contact support which will activate it. From that moment, all functionnalities will be active and you can manage your store(s) using TapCommerce on iPad.
