  • What is TapPublisher?

    TapPublisher is a service for creating websites and mobile online ordering apps for restaurants and local businesses in the form of a subscription. For a very reasonable monthly cost ($49), you will have your own online ordering site, in your name, with your domain name.

  • How much does it cost?

    We chose to offer very simple plans. For a website or mobile appl (iPhone + Android), we charge USD $69 per month or $590 per year ($49/month). If you want the web site + the mobile app, it only costs $990 per year.

    We have only one option, an installation / configuration / seizure of your menus and photo integration, priced at $490

    It could be more expensive, but we think it's a bad idea.
    It could be cheaper, but in this case we would not be profitable and next year we would have closed shop.

  • How do I receive the payment from the orders?

    You get the payment directly; we have no access to payments and money from your customers.
    We work with the Stripe, specialist in secure payments on the Internet. You just need to create a free account, send them your business infos and your ID. The creation and management of the account is free; you only pay a commission of 2.5% + 20 cents per transaction for US credit cards.
    Their platform provides many services, such as credit card fraud detection and partial or full refund.

  • I dont' know anything in tech. Can I get some help?

    Do not worry, we take care of everything. Our technical team is here to assist you.

  • What's better ? A web site or a mobile app ?

    Each platform has its advantages and disadvantages. Simply put, if you only have one restaurant, we advise you to start with a website. Customers will find you more easily.
    On the other hand, the mobile app is much more efficient in the customers retention and loyalty.

  • Can I connect your solution to my Point Of Sale software?

    Yes, but not with all software. We work with a number of software vendors such as Zelty, Tiller or IKentoo and we had other on a regular basis.

  • How do I manange orders, products and settings?

    We developed a free appl for iPad. You can download it freely on the AppStore. When a new order arrives, you receive a notification. If you do not have an iPad, you can use the web back office. For each order, you also receive a copy by email.

  • What about delivery?

    We only provide a technical online ordering solution. We need to have you own delivery men or work with a third party, such as Stuart in Europe.

  • Can I continue to work with a online ordering platforme such as UberEats, Deliveroo, JustEat ?

    Yes, of course and we recommende it. These platforms take big commissions but they bring you many new customers who would not know you otherwise. Take the opportunity to put a flyer in their order bag, with your menus and the address of your website. As a bonus, give them a 10% discount coupon to encourage them to order directly from you.

  • What if I want to stop working with you?

    You can unsubscribe anytime. You're only engage for the period you signed for, a month or a year.
