More than 100 billion apps downloaded on the AppStore

Next month, the App Store will celebrate its 7 years. It’s the opportunity for us to revisit some key figures and take stock of its seven years of existence via an infographic. Introduced with the iPhone 3G, the App Store has created a whole new market and an ecosystem that does not yet exist.
At WWDC, Apple also presented a video entitled "The App Effect", which reminds us of the impact of apps in our daily lives and in our society.
